Anwendung:
Die traditionelle ayurvedische Garshan-Massage wird für ca. 3 – 4 Minuten täglich ausgeführt. Sie fördert die Durchblutung und entfernt Rückstände aus den oberen Gewebeschichten. Naturseide ist dafür ideal, da sie eine sanfte Wirkung auf die Haut hat und diese nicht angreift. Durch den sanften Peeling-Effekt der Garshan-Massage ist die Haut anschließend besonders aufnahmefähig für die Anwendung mit Ölen, Lotionen oder Cremes.

Unsere Garshan Massage-Handschuhe werden aus Endi-Naturseide handgefertigt und entsprechen höchster Qualität. Sie können regelmässig gewaschen werden – wir empfehlen dabei die Handwäsche mit einem milden Waschmittel.

Instructions for use:
The traditional ayurvedic Garshan-massage is being applied for approx. 3 – 4 minutes daily. It enhances the blood circulation and removes old skin and left overs from the upper part of the tissue.

Natural silk is ideal for any treatment of the skin, because it creates a very gentle effect rather than damaging the skin. After the treatment, the skin is very receptive for any further treatments with oils, lotions or creames. For this, chose those products which are most suitable for your type. The natural silk gloves are of highest quality. They can be washed regularly – we recommend hand-wash with a mild washing powder or soap.
