All three oils are recommended for meditation and spiritual practice; they are calming and bestow inner peace and tranquility. Frankincense is uplifting and creates clarity, Myrrh is rejuvenating and purifying – both calm a restless and over active mind. Sandalwood cools and calms the entire mind-body and instills optimism. Frankincense and Myrrh can also be used together.
