Edelli.ch Return Policy:
Customers are entitled to a full refund on the purchase price of any item they order, providing the following criteria are met:
1- Item is returned in its original condition: unopened, seal not broken and item not damaged.*,**
2- Email info@Edelli.com to receive a return authorization number (non-authorized returns are subject to refusal).
3- Return is postmarked within 15 days of order date.
4- Reimbursements on shipping costs will apply only if the return is a result of our error.
* If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it for credit as long as conditions except 1 are satisfied.** Please pack any return carefully with lots of packing material to prevent breakage. Edelli.ch will refund only if returned items are undamaged.
