Plant Complex: Cold-pressed sesame oil (Sesamum indicum) from Togo, thyme essential oil (Thymus vulgaris Ct. Thymol) from Greece, rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis Ct. Verbenone) from Greece, oregano essential oil (Origanum vulgare) from Greece, lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia) from Greece.
Allergy Information: Geraniol, Linalool, Limonene, Linalyl Acetate, Citral.

Application:
Use: Use once a day, preferably in the morning. Take 10 to 15 ml of oil into your mouth and swish gently for 1 to 5 minutes, depending on your preference. Then spit out all the oil. Do not swallow.
