Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can click on “Track” to find out where your package is. You can also submit a ticket to find out about your order.

To Europe and UK: Flat rate of CHF 16.90 – Free shipping on orders CHF 190+
To all other Countries: Flat rate of CHF 22.90 – Free shipping on orders CHF 290+
We will send you an invoice for payment. Please make your payment directly into our bank account, with the invoice number as payment reference.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment, unless you are returning registered costumer, in this case you will receive the invoice with the shipment to pay within 15 days.

If an item is priced incorrectly on the shelf, or scans at the wrong price at the till, retailers are under no obligation to honour it, under the Sale of Goods Act. They can offer the item at the correct price or refuse your money and withdraw the product from sale.

2. Click on Check out Make sure you’re logged in to your account, if you already have one.
3. You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax. Review your order and Click Place order button.
4. Get your receipt.
Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request. To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’. Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this.
