Application: Oil pulling should be done on an empty stomach immediately after waking up. Swish 1 teaspoon of oil around in your mouth for the chosen duration (2-20 minutes). Then spit it out, rinse your mouth with lukewarm water, and brush your teeth as usual. The dental oil binds bacteria in the oral cavity and has a detoxifying effect on the entire body.
