For Classic Ayurveda’s Triphala herbal tablets, only high-quality, organically grown fruits (Amalaki, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki) are dried at low temperatures (below 42°C). Compared to the more common air-drying method, this is gentler, as it better preserves the natural plant compounds. The fruits are then ground into a powder. The powder in the tablets meets raw food guidelines and was specially produced for AMLA.
