The “Triphala” combination consists of the three famous fruits Haritaki, Amalaki, and Bibhitaki. “Tri” means “three” in Sanskrit, and “Phala” means “fruits.” As an added bonus, ground rose petals are included, further enhancing the Pitta-harmonizing effect of this Rasayana. According to Ayurvedic principles, Triphala Plus supports the formation of Ojas.
