Vata Aroma Oil – 10 ml

This blend of warm, sweet, and sour essential oils, that include geranium rose, sweet orange and fennel, balances Vata and helps you unwind and relax. It helps settle the over-active mind and helps reduce anxiety, insomnia, aches and pains and low immunity.

Vata Aroma Oil promotes and atmosphere of well-being in stressful situations, while travelling, in the office and in the evening. Also beneficial when the weather is cold, dry or windy.

Practical tips for use:

• for room scenting in an aroma lamp
• for aromatherapy in an aroma diffuser
• as an addition to massage oils (low dosage)
• as a bath additive (low dosage)
