VATA MASSAGE OIL – DANVANTHARAM, 2.5 L

Ayurvedic massage using only mature sesame oil? Many Ayurvedic massage practitioners today forgo the use of classic and expensive massage oils for cost reasons. However, the use of so-called “medicated oils” is a hallmark of authentic Ayurvedic massage practice.

As a cost-effective alternative, we offer the new Classic Ayurveda Vata Oil. It consists of precious Danvantharam Thailam, mature organic sesame oil, and medicated Tulsi and sage oils tailored to the dosha. Danvantharam Thailam traditionally has a Vata-calming effect – Tulsi and sage enhance this effect.

The product is traditionally produced in our Ayurvedic oil kitchen in Drestedt. It is a wonderful Shirodhara oil at an affordable price. The oils are available in 200 ml and 500 ml PET bottles, as well as 2.5 and 5 liter dispensers. The dispensers protect the oil from light and air, even over extended periods. The inner pouch acts as an oxygen barrier; when the oil is dispensed, the pouch shrinks, preventing air or oxygen from entering. This preserves the oil long-term, preventing oxidation and rancidity.

Application: Gently warm the massage oil in a warm water bath before use.
