In the Orient as well as in India many delicious sweets and desserts are prepared with Rose Water.

According to Ayurveda, Rose Water has a cooling and harmonizing effect on the body’s energy. Usually, to 2 teaspoons per serving, or an amount to taste, are added to foods or drinks.
