How to Track My Order?
Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped.
You can use the shipment number we sent to you to track your shipment and inquire directly from Swiss Post where your parcel is located.

To Europe and UK: Flat rate of CHF 15.90 – Free shipping on orders CHF 290+
To all other Countries: Flat rate of CHF 22.90 – Free shipping on orders CHF 290+
PAYMENT INFORMATION
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Invoice
We will send you an invoice for payment. Please make your payment directly into our bank account, with the invoice number as payment reference.
Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment, unless you are returning registered costumer, in this case you will receive the invoice with the shipment to pay within 15 days.
Credit Cards
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay with your credit card without having a PayPal account.
Direct bank transfer
Please make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order number as the payment reference. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment.

How do I place an Order?
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please select the cancel button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request. To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’. Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this.
